Going thru what I am going thru -- has been tough mentally as well as physically -- trying to figure who I am minus the weight. Who I am minus the protection. So the insulation thing isnt just metaphorical? I think those muscleheads have insulation issues as well. When I saw those thinner pics of you I thought-hey thats the dude I hung out with in the 80's-"you read the marvel age?"-Paul
I always knew who you were. Some people can look past the weight and know the true you. Hopefully one day you will realize what a terrific person you are inside and out.
Jeff, I am in awe. You have done a fantastic job so far. I know exactly what you're talking about regarding the insulation. I too am trying to deal with it. Coming out of my confort zone is very scarey but exciting. Hard to juggle both but can't let one control the other. LQQKing forward to updates. You're terrific!!! Betsy
